We will send you a free sizing kit when you place your order. We recommend using it to determine your ring size, since a properly fitting ring will result in the highest possible data accuracy, comfort, and overall experience with us.

If you are purchasing a smart ring for the first time going through our sizing kit process ensures you'll find your best possible fit. Sizing kits are delivered within 14 business days after an order confirmation. If you know your ring size, you can select your size directly from the menu and once you have confirmed your size, your order may take up to 14 business days to be delivered. Once your order officially ships, you'll receive an email from our team with tracking details.

Expedited shipping is not currently available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Depending on location we use DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS to deliver. To locate the carrier on your order, please reference the shipping confirmation email you received. Your carrier and tracking number will be provided in an email.

We highly recommend that when returning your smart ring, you purchase tracking services for your protection and to save the shipping receipt for your records. Your return can't be processed until it's been received and checked in at our facilities. In case your return happens to get lost or delayed in transit, having tracking services on your package can help mitigate this scenario. If you don't have a tracking number to share with our team, we'll still be able to process your return once it's been received and checked in; however, it may take slightly longer to receive your full refund as a result.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information, so please keep this in mind if it doesn’t appear right away. If you don't receive an order confirmation email from us following your purchase, or if you have trouble contacting the carrier to resolve tracking or delivery issues please contact our team.

We delivers to PO boxes in the United States. Expedited shipping is not available to PO boxes.
