Return Process:

If you need to return your ring for any reason, please follow these steps:

• Ensure your ring is properly protected and secured for transit, even if you no longer have the original packaging. You can use any suitable packaging for the return.
• Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. You can find our contact information on our website or in your order confirmation email.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
• Ship the ring back to us within specific days of receiving approval for the return.
• Once we receive the returned ring, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.

Refund Policy:

• All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. It is not possible to issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
• Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you don't see the refund transaction, kindly check with your bank.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Exchange Policy:

• You can exchange your ring for a different size or color within the same price range.
• Only one exchange is allowed per item. Size, style, and color changes cannot be made after one exchange has already been completed.
• If you wish to exchange your ring for a different item, you will need to return the original ring and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy:

• Unfulfilled orders can be canceled from the "Orders" tab in your My Account portal before they have been fulfilled.
• Once an order has been fulfilled (i.e., selected for shipping), it cannot be canceled.

Change of Delivery Address:

• For orders that have not yet shipped, please contact our team to update the delivery address. However, changes to addresses in different cities, states, provinces, or countries may not always be possible due to tax laws.
• For orders that have already shipped, please contact the carrier directly using the information provided in your order confirmation email to update the address.

Additional Information:

• We cannot hold deposits on credit cards or send a new ring before receiving the original ring back.
• Multiple ring orders may require separate transactions for returns and exchanges.
• If you did not receive a sizing kit with your original purchase, please contact us for assistance at support@plentysmartrings.com.
• For exchanges involving different countries, you will need to return the original ring and place a new order.
